Mumbai: Bollywood actress Radhika Apte, known for her acting prowess, trended on Twitter after her old pictures from ‘Parched’ resurfaced on the internet. Netizens trended the hashtag ‘Boycott Radhika Apte’ after leaked photos from the drama film went viral on social media again. The ‘Sacred Games’ actress can be seen performing an intimate scene in the viral photos. Twitter users expressed their displeasure over her lovemaking scene, accusing Bollywood films of ‘insulting’ Indian culture.
The netizens also questioned tinsel town celebs’ ‘silence’ over Raj Kundra’s arrest in an alleged pornography case. For the uninitiated, Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra has been arrested for his alleged involvement in production and distribution of obscene films.
One user tweeted, “Radhika Apte says that she is comfortable doing nude scenes because it is ‘liberating’. In 2018, when asked about the most over-rated actor in the industry, Radhika Apte had retorted, “Sushant Singh Rajput”. Why is Bollywood silent on Raj Kundra porn case #BoycottRadhikaApte.”

Radhika, while talking to Grazia magazine, said that she didn’t step out of her home after her nude clip was leaked online. The ‘PadMan’ actress also said that she was affected by the massive trolling on social media.
“I couldn’t step out of the house for four days, not because of what the media was saying but because my driver, watchman, and my stylist’s driver recognised me from the images,” Radhika told Grazia magazine.
